Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and press play. Premium is bought through your app store, so there is nothing to sign up for.

What does Moodwindow know about me?

Very little. There is no account, no ads and no tracking. The app sends anonymous usage counts, such as which scenes are played, tied to a random-looking device key rather than to you, and the videos stream from our content network, which keeps standard request logs. The privacy policy has the details.

Can I fall asleep with it?

Yes, that is what the sleep timer is for. It fades the sound and dims the picture over the last minute, then stops. Black screen mode plays the sound with no light at all.

What is free, and what is Premium?

The free scenes, the full sound mixer, the sleep timer and the free routines are free for good. Premium opens every scene and routine, and plays in 4K where your screen supports it.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In the store where you subscribed: Google Play, the Amazon Appstore or your Apple account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
